Founded in 2005 by Kelli Caldwell, Employee Benefits Advantage has built a reputation for outstanding service, specializing exclusively in employee benefits. Caldwell, who started her career at Marsh McLennan prior to founding Employee Benefits Advantage, developed long-standing relationships with her clients, some spanning over 25 years.
